Are you pregnant?

Congratulations! A special period full of changes. Changes in a time in which we expect a lot from ourselves and often do not have (or do not take) much time to reflect on this. Fortunately there is Pregnancy Yoga. A bit of me-time, good for yourself and also for your baby.

 

In this short practical course of 3 lessons you learn by means of down to earth exercises to prepare yourself (physically and mentally) for the birth. You learn the most important breathing techniques, postures and relaxation exercises that you can use. You can follow these lessons from 15 weeks. Ideal from third trimester because the upcoming birth will probably start to "live" a bit more for you. Also nice to follow during your maternity leave.

- if you are well prepared, you will have more confidence (in yourself) while giving birth
