CONDITIONS
The 200 hour Yoga Training is accessible for all levels. Attitudes are adjusted according to your capabilities.
You will soon learn that there is no right and wrong in yoga. It is nice if you have been regularly following yoga classes for a while. Then you recognize the names of the poses, you know roughly what is important in a pose and your body is also used to it. You will therefore reap the benefits if you pay some extra attention to your yoga practice before the start of the training. We are happy to advise and guide you in this, so feel welcome!
It is not necessary to be flexible. Enthusiasm, an open mind, discipline and eagerness to learn are more important!
An early-bird rate applies until 1th of August 2023. You benefit from a € 250,- discount
if you pay your down payment (ad € 500) before that time.

INVESTMENT
The training consists of a total of 21 teaching days. The heart of this training is formed by the transformative yoga retreat (including 7 nights).
During the training you will receive a strip card from De Yoga Studio (10 lessons worth € 150 euros).
This Yoga addition is an enrichment and deepening for your personal and professional life.
If you register before 01 August 2023, you will benefit from the early bird rate. (You will then receive a € 250 discount). The regular rate applies to registrations after 01 June.

(This includes a deposit of € 500. The remaining invoice ad € 1600 must be paid before 29-9-2023. These amounts are exempt from VAT).
- Retreat € 649,-
(This invoice must be paid before 1/2//2024. Including 9% VAT).

After successful completion you can register with the Yoga-Alliance with the certificate you receive.
